Story

Egon Vittori (Janko Mandic) is thirteen years old and does not have a record player. It is the beginning of the seventies and Yugoslavia seems to be the land of prosperity. Goods are being imported from the West, and these include American music, films and fashion.

Sašo Podgoršek

Since leaving the Ljubljana Academy for Theatre, Film, Radio and Television, he has been directing advertisements, music videos, dance films and feature films. He has received several national and international awards for his films: Place with a view (1990), But the Goat Survived (1992), Vertigo Bird (1996), Dark Angels (1999), Dom Svobode (2000) etc. Sweet Dreams is his second feature film.
